Core issue

This refers to the recent All Party Meeting in Kashmir. What was the purpose of the meeting? What happened there? Nobody knows. The killing of innocent Kashmiris is a continuous issue. Who is responsible? The so-called security forces or the state government which is watching this bloodshed as a mute spectator. The only thing that the state government can do is to impose curfew. Imposing curfew is not the solution. Instead of All Party Meeting, if the state government is sincere, it should start a constructive, progressive dialogue with the separatist groups (people of Kashmir) on the core issue of Kashmir.
