This refers to the article titled 'No strategy, just arrogance” by Seema Mustafa. I agree with her views on the present crisis in Kashmir. Whenever atmosphere for Kashmir resolution was amicable, both Centre and state governments diverted the attention of people, either intentionally or unintentionally.
