Will required
This refers to the Indian leadership that goes to the United Nations and throws at the world community statements like "we are committed to resolve the Kashmir dispute". This sort of "commitment" has been there for so long. 60 years and counting. So what? To turn the economic state of affairs around, Dr Manmohan Singh had the 'will' to do so and that is what the world will remember him for. Leadership comes and goes. What stands there etched on the pages of history is the will to resolve issues. That is what is missing from today's leadership, be it in Kashmir, India, or that of Pakistan.
