Even GPO

It was surprising to see even General Post Office closed on 20/07/2010 in view of the ongoing hartal. This office would remain open even during the eruption of militancy, but this time GPO officials too preferred to take rest. A courier carrying my prospectus for admission to Symbiosis Institute  packaged via Speed Post from Pune on 14/07/2010 should have reached  Srinagar by now,  but it's not so. Keeping GPO closed simply wasted my one year.
