Talking development

This refers to the recent meeting of Congress high command at New Delhi. It is disgusting to see New Delhi talking about developmental and anti-corruption plans at the time when the entire Kashmir is on boil. New Delhi should talk about the worsening situation in Kashmir and the recent killing of innocents in the Valley.
