3G service

While the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited recently launched the much-hyped 3-G mobile service in Jammu, the move hasn’t enthused people for varied reasons. One that it has been launched without the video calling facility which has been put on hold by the Union Home Ministry. Second, it makes little sense to launch the service at a time when BSNL is unable to prove satisfactory mobile service to subscribers across Jammu and Kashmir. First the BSNL must concentrate on improving the service of mobiles and EVDO. Little things make the difference.
