Srinagar, July 27: The state cabinet Tuesday approved placement of six incharge Superintendent Engineers as incharge Chief Engineers.
These are Manzoor Ahmad Salroo, Ajay Gupta, Syed Fayuz-ur-Rahman, Khurshid Ahmad Untoo, Shiekh Gul Ayaz and Muhammad Qasim.
Consequent upon these placements, Manzoor Ahmad Salroo has been posted as I/C Chief Engineer, EM &RE Kashmir. Ajay Gupta has been posted as I/C Chief Engineer Generation Wing, JK PDC, Jammu.
Syed Fayuz-ur-Rahman has been posted as I/C Chief Engineer, Planning and Design Wing, J&K.
Khurshid Ahmad Untoo has been posted as I/C Chief Engineer, Commercial and Survey Wing.
Sheikh Gul Ayaz has been posted as I/C Chief Engineer, Systems and Operation Wing, Kashmir.
Mohammad Qasim has been posted as I/C Chief Engineer EM & RE, Jammu.
TRANSFERS/POSTINGS IN ADMINISTRATION
The state cabinet ordered four transfers in the administration. Gazzanfer Hussain, Secretary JK State Information Commission has been recalled and posted as Special Secretary, Agriculture Production department vice Shafiq Ahmad Raina. Raina has been transferred and posted as Secretary JK State Information Commission vice Gazzanfer.
GN Qasba, Director Bureau of Public Enterprises, Finance Department has been transferred and posted as Director, SKICC relieving Managing Director, JK Cable Car Corporation of the additional charge of the post, who continues to hold the additional charge of CEO e-governance agency. During his deputation to SKICC, Dr Qasba will retain lien in his parent organization.
Sheikh Niaz Ahmad, General Manager, J&K State Forest Corporation, has been transferred and posted as in-charge Managing Director, J&K Agro Industries Development Corporation against the available vacancy. During his deputation to the AIDC, the officer will retain in lien in his parent corporation.
The cabinet also approved promotion of Jagdish Keshwan PCCF to the apex fixed scale of Rs 80,000 and promotion of Vinod Ranjan, IFS as additional PCCF.
