Pleasing police

I was really shocked to see a letter from former non-state subject bureaucrat  Mehmood-ur-Rehman (GK July 26,2010)  just to please the police force that is notorious for killing innocent Kashmiris.
These non-state subject bureaucrats have brought the state of Jammu and Kashmir to the present situation by giving wrong advise to the chief ministers in the office. This is a well known fact that Rehman was Principal Secretary to the former CM Farooq and was held responsible for engineering fraud elections in 1987.
