Sagar visits Shahr-Khaas hospitals

SRINAGAR: Minister for Rural Development, Law & Parliamentary Affairs,  Ali Muhammad Sagar Wednesday visited the Jawahar Lal Nehru Memorial (JLNM) & Gousia hospitals in Shahr-e-Khaas and took stock of the medicare facilities being provided to the patients.
 An official  handout said the minister was accompanied by the senior officers of Health Department and district administration.
 The Minister directed the concerned Medical Superintendents to ensure that there is an adequate supply of life saving drugs and also to monitor attendance of the doctors and the paramedical staff, so that patients do not suffer.
 Sagar also directed the authorities to install a new Ultra- Sonography (USG) machines at Gousia Hospital so that the people living in catchment area get benefitted.
