How long?

We are a group of 29 candidates from both Jammu & Kashmir who were selected provisionally for the  post of Forester  Division cadre Jammu. The selection list was published  on March 27th this year in Kashmir Times and Daily Excelsior. Since then it has been more than 4 months and we have no idea as to how many years its going to take them to publish the appointment notice. One one hand the government says its committed on resolving the employment issues while as on the other hand it takes years for them to solve the problems of candidates like us who have already been selected.
