KU, PSC exams postponed

Srinagar, July 30: University of Kashmir has postponed all its examinations scheduled to be held on July 31.
“Fresh dates will be notified separately,” said a KU spokesman. Meanwhile, a spokesman of JK Public Service Commission said the ACC examinations scheduled for July 31 have been postponed and fresh dates would be announced separately.

PSC extends last date for sale, receipt of CCE forms
The Public Service Commission has extended date for sale and receipt of application forms of Combined Competitive (Preliminary) Examination, 2010 upto August 10, 2010 in continuation to earlier notices.
As such the aspirants have been informed to obtain forms at various designated branches of JK Bank on all working days. The forms are also available at JK bank counters set up at JK PSC office Polo Ground, Srinagar and Resham Ghar Colony, Bakshi Nagar, Jammu on all days including Saturday and Sunday through special counters set up at both the offices from 10 A.M to 5 P.M.
 The forms already obtained by the candidates can be deposited either at designated JK Bank branches or in the PSC Offices JK Bank counters, whichever is convenient for the candidates.
 The Registrar of State Board of Technical Education Muhammad Shafi Bhat on Friday said that all the examinations scheduled for Saturday had been cancelled and the next dates would be announced later.
