Minister loses cool

Kishtwar, July 3: Minister of State for Cooperatives, with independent charge, Manohar Lal Sharma today lost his cool when security staff tried to frisk him ahead of District Development Board meeting here. Eyewitnesses told Greater Kashmir that the minister, who was visiting this mountainous town for the first time, was stopped at the entry gate by the security personnel who tried to subject him to frisking.
“However, instead of introducing himself, the minister lost his cool and started abusing the security personnel,” an official present on the spot said, adding, “Even the Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar had to face the minister’s ire.”
