Hospital sanitation

This refers to the condition of our hospitals. Almost all hospitals in the Valley are in a shambles. One of the major areas of concern is their sanitation. It is important for the health of patients. But unfortunately the sanitation condition in our hospitals like GB Panth, Lala Ded is not fine. The Jammu and Kashmir government needs to privatize sanitation of the hospitals so that the patients and attendants don’t suffer. Further, many hospitals are running short of drugs, especially in view of the ongoing crisis. The government should do something in this regard as well. Outside the Valley, one observes neat and clean hospital wards. But here there is total chaos. Three patients share one bed in several hospitals which is completely unwarranted. It is against the norms. Let government act now.
