Moghdum Mohalla appeals MLA
GK NEWS NETWORK
Srinagar, July 4: With Me’raj-e-Alam round the corner, the residents of Moghdum Mohalla, Hazrabal have appealed the local MLA Dr Mustafa Kamal to visit the locality for an on-the-spot assessment of the problems faced by them.
In a statement the locals said the colony lanes and by-lanes were in a dilapidated condition adding the drainage needs to be revamped.
“The condition of the roads is such that we face inconvenience to venture out of our homes particularly during rainy days,” said the locals adding many of them had been injured by slipping on the dilapidate streets.
They said the drainage was another big problem for them.
“It’s the right time for the MLA to visit the area and take adequate measures for the facelift of his constituency by getting adequate funds released,” the locals said.
“During festivals many of our relatives visit our homes but we feel embarrassed due to the poor civic conditions of the locality,” the residents said.
