Kashmiri community condoles demise

Islamabad, July 5: Kashmiri community based in Islamabad and Rawalpindi have expressed deep sorrow and grief over the sad demise of Abdul Kabeer Qureshi, father of Abdul Rasheed Qureshi and Nazir Ahmed Qureshi, the self-exiled leader of World Kashmir Freedom Movement.
Hailing from Nadihal village of district Varmul A K Qureshi, 75 passed away on Wednesday after a protracted illness at his residence at Khawajabagh Varmul. He has been a pro-active worker of Plebiscite Front.
Besides Hurriyat representatives of both the factions, members of the Kashmiri community living in the twin city visited the residence of Abdul Rasheed Qureshi in Rawalpindi to express solidarity with the bereaved family. Meanwhile, a delegation of APHC leaders led by Mehmood Ahmed Saghar also visited the residence of Qureshi and conveyed their heartfelt condolences to the grieving family.
