PM not unhappy: Soz
GK NEWS NETWORK
Srinagar, June 9: The President of Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee, Prof Saifuddin Soz, on Thursday clarified his position on performance of the coalition government saying, “Prime Minister was certainly not unhappy with the performance of the coalition.”
In a statement here, Soz said, “My brief comment regarding Prime Minister's remarks about distribution of rations was totally misquoted.”
He said that in response to a question he had made a brief remark that the Prime Minister happened to be leader of the nation and he had genuine concern for Kashmir. “If he (PM) had received some complaint, it was good that he shared it with us. Now, we are duty bound to address all these issues.”
“Prime Minister had openly expressed his satisfaction with the performance of the government,” he added.
