Rapid action

Removal of colonel and suspension of Army Major in fake encounter will definitely bring about fear among the dishonest officers who kill civilians for promotions and perks. This is not the first case we have seen. There are many such examples which where human rights were violated. Government has to take stringent action in all such cases with a transparent investigation system followed by "rapid justice and punishment for guilty" so that people believe in democracy. Only love and peace can win a war of internal disputes.
