Court to record CJM’s statement

Srinagar,  June 15: The Deputy Director prosecution Farooq Ahmad Kathwari on Tuesday said the prosecution would produce the then Chief Judicial Magistrate Srinagar, Hakeem Imtiyaz, before the court on next hearing to record his statement in connection with the killing of Abdur Rehman Padder in a fake encounter in 2006. Court has listed the case for July 6 and 7.
