Pulwama zone athletic meet ends

Srinagar, June 15: The Physical Education zone Pulwama athletic meet for boys and Girls U-14 and U-17 age groups concluded at Sports Stadium Pulwama on Monday.
In the event 200 athletes of various school of the zone participated.
In boys’ category, HSS Koil was declared as over all champion while in girls’ section GH Secondary School Pulwama was declared as over all champion.
In girls’ section, Zahida of GH Secondary School Pulwama and Shafia of Abu Kalam Azad School Bindzoo was declared best athletes.
In Junior and Sub Junior Category, in boys section Umer Shaban of HSS Koil and Muhammad Abass of High School Puchal were declared best athletes of the meet respectively. The final selection for the Inter Zonal championship was done by the selection committee on the spot.
