2 killed, 3 injured in road mishaps

Srinagar, June 16: Two persons were killed and two others including a deaf and dumb man were injured in road mishaps in valley.
An unidentified vehicle hit Abdul Rashid Rather son of Muhammad Khalil of Gundibaba Khalil, Naina Islamabad near Sangam killing him on the spot.
The driver Vijay Kumar son of Hans Raj of Sunderbani Jammu who was wounded in a road mishap at Kaigam Awantipore on June 11 succumbed to injuries at SKIMS Soura here.
A tipper (JK02L-1882) skidded of the road and fell into Nallah Bandipore injuring the conductor Muhammad Amin Matta son of Sona-ullah of Ashtingoo Bandipore.
A motorcycle (JK01F-777) hit and injured Bilal Ahmad Wani son of Nazir Ahmad of Check Kawoosa at Check Kawoosa Budgam. The injured person is deaf and dumb.
SHEIKH NAZIR ADDS FROM KANGAN:
A man was critically wounded when a vehicle (JK02-8655) hired by army hit him at Kangan on Wednesday.
The wounded has been identified as Abdul Ahad Shah son of Mehmood shah of Batpora Akhal.
Police has arrested the driver Satlok Singh son of Joginder Singh of Batlora Jammu.
