Think yourself

For the past fifty years we have been following the path that has led us nowhere. When the world is moving on, we stand mourning over our present, without making any effort to make it better. Every time there is an initiation of a new and a “developing” era, something untoward happens which puts the barricade between “development” and “Kashmir”. The fundamental problem which strengthens this barricade is that we never try to think ourselves. We always want to be a part of the flock. Its high time we understand the importance of taking decisions. Let's make the best use of what we have. Why should a student miss school? Why should we miss an important day at work? Protest is an inevitable part of democracy and we have the right to avail it. But what kind of a protest is this where we are obstructing our own state to develop?
