“But we found the Valley particularly Srinagar city beautiful,” Greene who is on her maiden visit to the Valley told Greater Kashmir while pointing towards a series of photographs of the summer capital including of a girl rowing a shikara in Dal lake.
Greenie said the group’s objective was to capture the life of people of different countries with the message of Common humanity.
“We want to show that people irrespective of living in different countries and cultural set-ups, have common needs and desires. We were invited by some people of Srinagar to have lunch and tea with them. People here are so warm and affectionate.” she said. “Our objective has been translated into reality,” she added.
Greene said after end of world tour, the photography including of Kashmir will be exhibited in the US.
