Bank manager gets bail
Jammu: Additional Sessions Judge Anticorruption Jammu DC Sagotra today granted bail to Daleep Kumar Bhat then posted as Manager Jammu Rural Bank Pargwal who was caught red-handed while allegedly accepting illegal gratification.
The court directed the Vigilance Organization to release the petitioner on furnishing bail bond and personal bond to the tune of Rs 50,000 each.
The accused was arrested for the Vigilance during a trap laid by the organization. The accused had allegedly demanded and accepted illegal gratification for sanctioning a loan.
