Moulvi Javaid appointed Registrar General

Srinagar, June 18: The Chief Justice of Jammu and Kashmir High Court Friday appointed the principal district and sessions judge, Budgam Moulvi Javaid Ahmad as Registrar General of the High Court Srinagar.
In its order CJ said, “On requirement of his services by the High Court Srinagar, I am pleased to transfer Moulvi Javaid and post him as Registrar General with effect from June 25, 2010.”
Javaid would work under same pay scale and allowances as admissible under rules.
Order said he would deliver the judgements of all cases pending and reserved for such purpose before he joins the new assignment.
