Beg for monitoring of schemes
KHALID GUL
Islamabad, June 1: Stressing for the monitoring of schemes for un-employed, National Conference leader and MP, Dr. Mehboob Beg, today said the public and private institutes need to work in coordination to let masses benefit from these schemes.
“The government, semi-government and private institutes should work together so that schemes for un-employed are implemented in letter and spirit,” Beg said while speaking during the inauguration of 3-day Public Information Campaign- Bharat Nirman and Flagship programmes organized by Press Information Bureau in collaboration with the administration here.
He said to address unemployment, the centre and state governments had launched schemes including SK Employment Welfare Program for Youth, but there were loopholes in the system.
MP Ghulam Nabi Ratanpuri said, “Money is pumped by centre and state governments for the works and if people coordinate, it can lead the state towards development.”
