Peaceful killings

This refers to the article titled 'Roadmap to Peaceful killings' (GK June-17) by M Hyderi. The author has been very brave and selective in using his words; he has done justice to the title taking in view the present circumstances of the valley. Kashmir has seen the onslaught from the past two decades, be it the Shopian double rape and murder or killing of students in the recent past. It is time to revoke the Armed Forces Special Powers Act.
