Revoke it

Last year the Prime Minister of India, on his visit to Kashmir, promised zero tolerance on human rights violations, committed by the men in uniform. But all this is proving to be a hoax. The killing of about half a dozen innocents, mostly teens, in the past few months is a proof of this ‘zero tolerance.’ Such killings continue because of the Armed Forces Special Powers Act. It is high time to revoke it.
