Antony begins Ladakh visit

Leh, June 21: Defense Minister A K Antony Monday began his two-day visit to Ladakh during which he will review the operational preparedness, training activities and development work undertaken by the Army in remote areas.
Antony is expected to visit Siachen Glacier, the highest battlefield in the world on Tuesday, Defense spokesman Lt Col J S Brar said.
He is also likely to interact with the troops, he added.
