Highly condemnable

 This refers to the news about the cold-blooded murder of teenager Tufail. We have lost precious lives in the recent past. Security forces should avoid using teargas canisters and instead should use alternative methods to quell the protests. It is high time for the Government to take some measures and save the Kashmiris from dying this way.
