The PM of India Dr. Manmohan Singh recently visited Kashmir. He announced a package of Rs 1000 cr. He assured that the centre would do all it can to support Kashmir. Things have improved considerably, fund utilization is good, but better need be done. Entire Kashmir went for strike on his day of visit. This must have set him thinking. Each and every time the centre noticed every thing regarding custodial killings, rape cases, abduction of innocent people and rude exploitations of properties but they never tried to stop such things from happening. This is high time they work seriously for the solution of Kashmir problem.
