KCCC, Kashmir Gymkhana to clash in final
Srinagar, June 24: The KCCC Jammu booked its clash with Kashmir Gymkhana in the final of the JK Premier League T20 cricket tournament after defeating NCC Jammu in the second semi-final played at Sheri-Kashmir cricket stadium here on Thursday.
Batting first KCCC Jammu scored 151 runs in allotted overs for the loss of eight wickets. Shashi Kumar with 57 and Vimresh with 49 were highest scorers for them while Nitin Mehra took three wickets for NCC.
In reply NCC were bundled out for 111 runs in 18 overs. Rajinder Bali with 25 runs was top scorer for them while Sahil Sharma took three wickets for KCCC. For his match winning spell Sahil was adjudged as man of the match.
With this win KCCC booked its clash with Kashmir Gymkhana in the final of the event. Kashmir Gymkhana had on Wednesday defeated UCC Reds by 10-wickets in first semi-final.
The match for third place would be played on Saturday between UCC and NCC while date for final would be announced later.
