Meaningless comments

This refers to the advertisement by  Ghulam Jeelani about frequent Hartals. Such people always try to prove that they are wiser than others. That Hartals lead us nowhere and we are getting economically shattered are just futile comments. What is the alternative to Hartals? Instead of blaming separatists, Ghulam Jeelani must come up with an alternative to frequent strikes, keeping in view the recurring killing of teens in Kashmir.
