‘Clear your Kashmir policy’
Salah-ud-Din asks Pak
GK NEWS NETWORK
Srinagar, June 26: Expressing serious concern over innocent killings in Kashmir at the hands of armed forces, the United Jihad Council chairman and Hizbul Mujahideen supreme commander Syed Salah-ud-Din has asked Pakistan government to make clear its policy on Kashmir.
Salah-ud-Din, according to the UJC statement issued today by its spokesman Syed Sadaqat Hussain from Pakistan administered Kashmir, said, “On the one hand, Indian rulers carry out genocide in Kashmir by getting civilians massacred daily by its armed forces and, on the other hand, the Pakistan government accords rousing reception to them. It is tantamount to adding insults to the injuries of oppressed Kashmiris.”
“The Pakistan government should have officially deferred its meetings with India as a protest against the human rights violations in Kashmir and drawn the attention of International community to the worsening Kashmir situation. But it is unfortunate that the Pakistan government is demonstrating its insensitivity and cowardice and wastes its time in futile exercises ignoring the real issue despite the fact all its issues are interlinked with Kashmir problem” he said.
Salah-ud-Din paid glowing tributes to the two militants and other two innocent civilians slain at Sopur. He alleged that the armed forces had been targeting the people of Sopur as they had always been raising their voice against Indian control from the very beginning.
Paying rich tributes to the slain militants, Wasim Ahmad Guroo alis Raja of Seer Jagir and Abdul Qayoom Najar alias Jana of Batapora, Sopur, Salah-ud-Din said they were educated, brave and virtuous youth and had been in the field of Jihad for a long time. He saluted their valour and capabilities and reiterated the pledge to take the mission of martyrs to its logical end.
Salah-ud-Din also paid rich tributes to the martyred innocent civilians, Shakeel Ahmad Ganai and Firdous Ahmad Khan and expressed solidarity with their families. He has prayed for speedy recovery of the dozens of youth injured in firing by the armed forces.
