2 minors wounded

Varmul, June 27: Two minors were injured in Pattan in north Kashmir’s Varmul district while fiddling with an “explosive object” in their orchard, police said on Sunday.
The injured, who happen to be brothers, were identified as Muhammad Saleem Pandith, 10, and Adil Ahmad Pandith, 8. They were immediately rushed to a Srinagar hospital, where their condition was stated to be stable.
The Station House Officer,Pattan, Fayyaz Ahmad told Greater Kashmir the duo was injured while fiddling with an unexploded teargas shell. “The explosion caused burn injures to both of them,” he said.
