JKLF activists stage protests in Pak

 Islamabad, June 28: Activists of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) staged a massive protest against the recent killings in the Kashmir Valley.
 Scores of JKLF activists, led by Ghulam Ahmad Bhat assembled outside the UNMOGIP office here and staged a sit-in. “We want international human rights bodies to take a note of the ongoing killing spree in Kashmir at the hands of law-enforcement agencies,” JKLF leaders said.
 “Paramilitary CRPF troopers have unleashed a reign of terror in the entire Valley and killings of innocents are continuing unabated,” they added.   The worsening human rights situation in the Valley, they said, would have adverse effect on the prevailing political environment in the region. “The improvement in HR situation in Kashmir is imperative to strengthen the peace institutions and dialogue process between India and Pakistan,” they added.
