Encounter business

This refers to the article titled "Fake Encounter Business". I completely agree with the author’s views. The killing of three youth in Machil sector by the army for promotions and medals is the worst example of the state-sponsored terrorism. Innocent youth have been branded as "cross border infiltrators". These cold-blooded murders have raised a question mark on the other encounters taking place in the Valley from time to time. As always, the men in uniform won’t be punished. The Armed Forces Special Powers Act will shield them. It is time for the United Nations and the Organization of Islamic Countries to intervene and save Kashmiris.
