This refers to the shocking news about the killing of three innocent youth of from Nadihal Rafiabad in a fake encounter by Army. Is this India’s commitment of zero tolerance on human rights abuses in Kashmir? How can India talk of a dialogue with separatists in such a situation? Such incidents are highly condemnable.
