Extend date

 This refers to the fresh KAS exams for which forms are available only till 10th of this month. We are facing a great difficulty in attaining the forms. Due to rough weather, forms are not available in all regions of Kashmir. There are many aspirants who want to chase this desire of making it to civil service. Authorities can do a great favour if they will extend the date by another week or so.
