Iranian delegation calls on Aga Fazlullah

Srinagar, June 8: A high-level delegation of Islamic Republic of Iran, led by Ayatollah Sheikh Mohsin Qumi, special representative of Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Syed Ali Khamenei called on president J&K Anjuman-e Sharie Shian, Aga Syed Muhammad Fazlullah Al-Mosavi, at his Budgam residence.
Cultural counselor at Iranian Cultural House New Delhi, Dr. Kareem Najafi, was also present on the occasion.
During the meeting, the two leaders stressed the need for unity among Muslims, so that enemies of Islam are dealt with strictly. The leaders also urged upon Shias and Sunnis not to play into the hands of those elements who want to create dissention among Muslims.
Pertinently, Ayatollah Qumi had called on Aga sahib on the instructions of the supreme leader of Iran, Ayatollah Khamenei. The delegation also offered Fateh to the founder of J&K Anjuman-e Sharie Shian, Ayatollah Aga Syed Yousuf Al-Mosavi Al-Safvi (RA), and praised his contribution towards propagation of Islam in the state.
The delegation also invited Aga Fazlullah to Iran, which was accepted by him.
