Machil encounter

This refers to the article titled "Machil encounter was real” by Mahmood-ur-Rashid. It was a brutal encounter. The killing of three innocent Kashmiris in a fake encounter for awards and promotions is completely shocking. We have been suffering for the past 20 years. Killing of civilians is becoming a routine. The human rights groups are turning a blind eye toward the problem.
