Srinagar, June 8: Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah Tuesday had one-to-one meeting with the Prime Minister, Dr Manmohan Singh here. During the meeting, which lasted for about half an hour, Omar discussed matters pertaining to socio-economic and political developments in Jammu and Kashmir with the Prime Minister. He also discussed issues relating to human rights, security and law and order.
PM LEAVES FOR NEW DELHI
Prime Minister Tuesday left back for New Delhi in the afternoon.
At the airport, the Prime Minister was seen off by Governor, NN Vohra, Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah, Union Minister for Health, Ghulam Nabi Azad, Union Minister for New and Renewable Energy, Dr Farooq Abdullah, Deputy Chief Minister, Tara Chand, Council of Ministers, Deputy Chairman, Legislative Council, Advisors to Chief Minister, JKPCC Chief Prof. Saif-ud-Din Soz, Chief Secretary besides senior civil, police and army officers.
