Earthquake jolts Valley

Srinagar, Feb 28: An earthquake measuring 5.7 on the Richter Scale hit Kashmir valley on Sunday morning but there was no report of any loss of life or damage to property, officials said.
“The 5.7 magnitude quake, with its epicentre located in the Hindukush mountain range of Afghanistan, hit Kashmir valley at 4:51 am without causing any damage,” officials said.
