Jammu: Police has claimed to have cracked a theft cases by arresting a man in Udhampur.
According to police, the detained Khuda Baksh alias Tandi son of Nikku of Latti Dhuna Ramnagar was allegedly involved in a theft in Latti area. During investigation, some suspected were picked up for questioning and out of them Khuda Bakh ‘confessed’ of committing the crime. The police later recovered golden jewellery, 16 woollen blankets and cash Rs 3000 on his disclosures.
Meanwhile, police also arrested another person and recovered a stolen motorcycle from his possession The accused has been identified as Ajmer son of Tara Singh of Damote Ramban.
