Introspection needed
This refers to Firdous Syed’s article titled “Introspection needed”. He has rightly acknowledged the courage of the people of the Sopur, who despite witnessing the irreparable losses, keep the banner of struggle alive. Every individual in Kashmir craves for freedom, but hardly any one thinks of a feasible strategy to achieve this goal. We have misconceived the real dimensions of freedom. The basic difference between the protests, which are an outcome of the daily torture we are facing, and freedom is still shrouded in mystery even after years of political chaos and confusion. Though our desire for the freedom is surely legitimate but without the reconstruction of our thought for the establishment of the organized units, it only remains a mystery.
