Farmers go on study tour

 Srinagar, Mar 21: A group of twenty progressive farmers of Srinagar were deputed for five-day study tour to Jammu today by the Department of Agriculture under programme of Rashtriya Krishi Vigyan Yojna.
 On the occasion Director Agriculture Kashmir Mian Abdul Majeed said that department is committed for uplift of the farming community.
 He said the visit of farmers would not only boost their moral but also provide them the opportunity to interact with their counterparts in Jammu.
