HPCL, JK Bank sign MoU
Bank to install ATMs at HP petrol pumps

Srinagar, Mar 23: With a view to ensure enhanced levels of customer convenience, J&K Bank signed an MoU with Hindustan Petroleum Co. Ltd. (HPCL) for putting up ATMs at the HPCL retail outlets.
The agreement was signed by Muhammad Amin, Vice-President JK Bank and Atul Goel, Senior Regional Manager-HPCL in presence of A.K Mehta, Bank’s Executive Director and G A Regoo, Bank’s President.
Describing MoU as a part of Bank’s initiative to go for a massive ATM network expansion, Mehta said, “MoU will help us identify the potential retail outlets for installing off-site ATMs. The idea is to cash in on the vehicular rush and hence the substantial footfall at HPCL petrol pumps to provide convenience to our esteemed customers”.
Speaking on the occasion Regoo said that providing ATM facilities to JK Bank customers at closest possible locations continues to remain the top priority of the Bank.
Atul Goel while signing the agreement on behalf of HPCL said, “This MoU is a first of its kind state wherein the largest corporate players have joined hands. With a network of 103 petrol pumps spread across J&K, we would be providing convenience of ATM to general public with the kind cooperation and collaboration of J&K Bank”.
Others present on the occasion included Arif Shah, Sales Officer HPCL, Srinagar and Shah Hussain, In-charge Third Part Products, J&K Bank.
