Appreciable step

This refers to the proposed amendment in the Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education Act 1975. This is likely to allow Inter-District migration of students, recognition of degrees from other boards and implementation of Microbiology subject at the senior secondary level. It is an appreciable step. Such a move will definitely bring JKBOSE at par with national boards and international standards.
