Mirwaiz visits Shahar-e-Khas

Srinagar, Mar 29: The Hurriyat Conference (M) chairman, Mirwaiz Moulvi Muhammad Umar Farooq on Monday visited Zonimar, Narwara and Hawal areas in Shahar-e-Khas and sympathized with families of Awami Action Committee members who passed away recently.
Mirwaiz also visited historical business hub Mahraj Gunj and Mukhdoom Sahab where property worth crores was gutted in fire incident last month. He sympathized with the affected.
Interacting with the people in these areas Miraiz told them that the outside world had now full become aware about the Kashmir issue and was supporting the Kashmiris just cause. He urged the people maintain unity and scuttle the nefarious designs of anti-movement elements.
Meanwhile, Mirwaiz has expressed deep sorrow over the demise of noted trader Noor Muhammad Samad of Saraf Kadal presently Karachi, Pakistan. A delegation of AAC also visited the residence of deceased at Saraf Kadal here.
