Speaker to inquire into allegations against Cong MP
PRESS TRUST OF INDIA
Jammu, Mar 29: Speaker Muhammad Akbar Lone today said he will inquire into the allegation of the assembly members that Congress MP Lal Singh had used unparliamentary language against the MLAs during an official function of the state government.
“I will inquire into this issue. I will see this VCD and come to a conclusion,” Lone told legislative assembly after Independent member Charan Singh accused the Congress MP from Udhampur-Doda of using foul and unparliamentary language against the MLAs during an official function at Kathua last month.
Supported by BJP MLAs, Charan, MLA from Kathua, further said he is producing a VCD as evidence.
