Govt sanctions 49 posts for Islamabad hospital

Jammu: The Government has cleared the proposal for creation of 49 posts of doctors, specialists and paramedics for the District Hospital Islamabad. Replying to calling attention notice of A R Veeri, regarding the construction of 300-bedded Islamabad hospital, the Health Minister, Sham Lal Sharma said the construction of hospital was taken up during 2007-08 and Rs 7.20 crore had been incurred on it.
Migrants getting relief from state: Nasir
Minister of State for Revenue, Relief and Rehabilitation, Nasir Aslam Wani today revealed that the government was providing relief to the displaced families of Jammu, since 2006. Replying to the supplementaries on questions of Sayed Bashir Ahmad and Balwant Singh Mankotia, he said the matter had been taken up with the Centre for providing funds for this purpose.
